About Us
Founded in 2018, Atto Sushi was born from a deep respect for the art of Japanese cuisine. Our head chef trained for over a decade in Tokyo before bringing that knowledge — and a commitment to quality — to the heart of Toronto.
Every ingredient is sourced with intention. Our fish arrives fresh daily, our rice is seasoned to a decades-old recipe, and our nori is imported directly from Japan. We believe that the best sushi is simple — where quality of ingredients speaks for itself.
Our Philosophy
Shokunin-kishitsu — the artisan spirit. We approach every plate with the mindset that there is always room for improvement, always a technique to refine, always a fresher ingredient to find. This dedication to craft is what drives us daily.
